The dispenser water was only lukewarm. I prefer COLD water, especially after a long day.

The front desk team offered luggage storage prior to check-in. They were friendly. I noticed a water dispenser available in the lobby, a nice touch for thirsty guests. ALL the employees were attentive to guests needs.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

I found the location to be very convenient. The Argentine metro stop is just a short walk away, with access to many tourist destinations. The Arc de Triomphe is also within walking distance. I booked a taxi to the airport the night before my departure, and it arrived right on time. The breakfast each morning was ready and hot. I stayed four nights and the rooms were clean and spacious.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear. I noticed small cracks in the tub and sink.

The hotel is near the Argentine metro station. It provides easy access to main tourist areas. The Arc de Triomphe is also conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This makes exploring the city very simple.
